Felicity Blackadder (F Blackadder HR Consulting)

Felicity Blackadder has worked across government, non-profit organisations and private enterprise for more nearly 20 years in HR roles including consultancy, leadership, executive management, generalist advisor and mentor. Her industry experience spans local and state government, social and community services, out of home care, employment services, hospitality, arts industries, allied health and more, giving her a wide range of knowledge and skills in the whole spectrum of HR issues. Her areas of particular expertise are industrial agreement interpretation, performance management and coaching advice, policy and procedure development, organisational restructures and workforce planning.

Before founding her own HR consulting business in 2017, some of Felicity’s previous roles have included Manager People and Culture at CASPA Services, Principal Consultant – Centre of Excellence at Dept of State Development (Qld) and Group HR Manager at the Lismore Workers Group of Clubs.

Felicity has a Masters in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business and was awarded the Business Medal as the highest achieving graduate in the Business degree (Griffith University). She is a Professional member (CAHRI) of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
