I can offer a full on-site Consultation within your business which may involve conducting matters such as:
- a Workplace Compliance Audit;
- HR System Review; or
- HR Policy Review.
A day on-site with you allows me to audit your HR Compliance to ensure you are compliant with your employer obligations under the Fair Work Act.
I will also be able to look at your current HR systems, whether be it a manual system or cloud-based. We can discuss suggested improvements and where relevant, I can introduce/provide an overview to you of cloud-based HR systems that could be implemented within your business (e.g. BreatheHR).
I can review what HR Policies you have in place and make recommendations to update those or I may suggest some additional Policies for your people management within your business.
Travel to your office will be an extra charge that I will discuss with you before proceeding with your job.
