Fixed Fee: Fair Work matter up to and including conciliation

Don't worry, we've got your back. We'll manage the matter and ensure you get the outcome you need.

This package is a fixed fee, and includes all time and advice given by Kelsey Hunter, Principal and Senior Employment Lawyer for the following scope of work:
- Taking instructions;
- Reviewing all documents and correspondence;
- Providing all advice;
- Drafting and amending unfair dismissal application (or response to unfair dismissal application) until you are satisfied;
- Preparing other Fair Work Commission notices (such as Notice of Intention to Act);
- Preparing for, and appearing at conciliation conference;
- Negotiating deed of settlement / deed of release;
- Drafting deed to finalise matter.

All drafting amendments and advice is included until you are 100% satisfied, assuming the matter settles at the conciliation conference. If the matter does not settle at this stage, we will provide a fee for future steps.
This fee also does not include conferences or proceedings in relation to jurisdictional objections.
