Managing the 3 R's - Restructure, Redundancy & Respect

Seasoned HR Executive with extensive experience managing restructure and redundancy programs that focus on treating people with respect and delivering business objectives through communication, collaboration and transparency.

Options are to:
• Partner with existing HR team to implement defined programs and advise on implementation and best practise
• Partner with HR team or Operational Team to help design a program and navigate best practice implementation with all stakeholders

Able to step in and help with one (1) week of contact. Able to support delivery of best practise documents, implementation recommendations and planning tools within two (2) wees. Open to an hourly rate option to maximise opportunities for support throughout the life cycle of any program.

Support delivered remotely and via Zoom or combination of both. On-site support can be provided with notice, travel costs within Sydney and South Coast are $100/day. Interstate travel to be negotiated prior to travel.
