Performance Management

People come to work wanting to do their best and be their best…sometimes that doesn’t always happen.

I come with extensive experience on management of performance issues, with a focus on productive outcomes that minimise conflict and misalignment and maximise options for performance improvement and engagement. I also come with a practical and pragmatic approach to developing and managing exit strategies when the well-being of individuals and/or the business are at risk.

• Build a Performance Management framework for managers and leaders to use proactively and consistently
• Develop training material to support cohesion amongst leaders and staff on performance
• Partner with leaders and HR teams on alignment between performance goals and business goals
• Model options for consideration with a risk, benefit and consequence mindset

If you need is a framework and training material this can be delivered within 1 week after some discussion and consultation with key leaders to ensure fit for purpose.

If your need is more pressing support can be provided within 1 day of contact. A minimum hourly rate of $80.00 is charged for the first phone call to discuss your requirements. Thereafter a minimum of 4 hours for delivery of any documentation, coaching of HR or line managers or follow up discussions.

My support does not include delivery of performance discussions with employees.

On-site support can be provided with notice, travel costs within Sydney and South Coast are $100/day. Interstate travel to be negotiated prior to travel.
