Identify the strengths and opportunities in your current People Plan to assist with planning for future state priorities and delivery of business goals. Collect information that will help understand where to best invest time, resources and money related to your future People priorities.

HR Health Check to be completed within 1 week, including a detailed report.

Data collection to occur via access to documentation relevant to current business operations and HR planning. This can be coordinated and agreed prior to commencement of any work.

Any documents to be shared via drop box and interviews with individuals (if applicable) to be conducted by phone or zoom. Confidentiality Agreement to be undertaken by consultant as part of HR Health Check process.
