I hold a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Criminology and Sociology, from Victoria University, Wellington. And have always been interested in human behaviour and interaction and the cultural and social aspects that shape an individual.

With 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and learning and development across a variety of industries, including Retail, Hospitality, Property and Construction, the core of my work is supporting businesses to define effective and best-practice recruitment processes and implement strong onboarding journeys. Improving their reputation both from a market and candidate perspective and helping to identify the best talent, engage with, hire and onboard them.
