With over 20 years experience in the legal profession and her now-expanding executive coaching and DEI consulting business, Niti brings a wealth of experience and perspective to the way she advises clients on legal and HR matters.
She spent the first half of her career in major law firms in Melbourne, London and Sydney, working on transactional matters in the M&A and ECM space. In 2012, she decided to make the move in-house and worked at a major multinational FMCG company (where she headed up the Australian, NZ and Pacific Islands legal team), advising on a range of legal matters including complex employment law matters such as the intersection of law with mental health issues, performance related matters, terminations and redundancies.
Through her business Legal by Niti, she is available to provide bespoke inhouse legal services to clients on an ad hoc or longer term basis.
Through her other business Coaching by Niti, she is available to provide executive coaching and mentoring to clients as well as DEI consulting services from auditing the current status quo to building a DEI strategy and implementing it.
