Discovery Meeting
Initial meeting with relevant decision makers/direct line manager to discuss the matter in detail including background, risk profile, existing management strategies and outcome sought (up to 2 hours via Zoom)

Discovery Review
Review of any existing collateral including contracts, policies, informal/formal performance management records (materials to be provided by you, and will be reviewed within 1 week of receiving, and includes up to 3 hours of reviewing materials remotely)

Recommendations Meeting
Further meeting to provide feedback and high-level options and recommendation of the best strategy moving forward, including a risk profile of the potential options (up to 1 hour via Zoom).

Process implementation
An outline of the recommended process with supporting templates.

Note - this service does not include review of final documentation, involvement in any direct conversations with employees or advice pertaining to an outcome following any performance management process.
