I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Resume Writer, with extensive in-house and consulting experience helping small to large businesses across Australia with their talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding needs.

My outplacement solutions support businesses through transitions, providing them with benefits that can save resources and legal costs. This service includes a range of specialties, including resume & cover letter writing, interview coaching, and information on the latest job search trends, helping to set up departing employees for a successful transition into the workforce. My goal is to help your departing employees move forward quickly and positively.

This service is suitable for up to 15 people.

  • Preparing for an interview & understanding behavioural interviews.
  • The power of LinkedIn & your personal brand.
  • Job search strategies.
  • With resume & cover letter writing guide, LinkedIn & personal brand guide & behavioural interview guide.

These workshops ensure your people have access to the latest information on the best ways to search and apply for job opportunities and advice on topics such as resume & cover letter writing, and what to expect in a behavioural interview. They are delivered in a fun way and provide confidence to participants ensuring they are ready to move forward positively.

Included in this service is also 1:1 support:

  • Support and career guidance for people recently made redundant – up to x2 30-minute personalised calls to understand career journey & needs. These are held either by phone or online via Google Meet depending on job seekers preference.
  • The following topics will be discussed, job search tips, support throughout the job application process, interview coaching, and personalised assistance with LinkedIn & Seek profile development.
  • Resume and cover letter templates will also be provided to job seekers.

Please note the following:

  • The workshop can be conducted online via Google Meet, onsite at your offices - if you are located in Melbourne CBD or SE suburbs or offsite (additional costs apply) dependent on your preference. -This program is customisable for larger groups.
