I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive in-house and consulting experience helping small to large businesses across Australia with their talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding needs.
This package includes the following services:
- An initial Google Meet meeting, up to 1 hour, to discuss the business’s current approach to recruitment, including; your recruitment process, forecasted headcount/needs, recruitment marketing strategies, tools and technology, and current challenges.
- I will then review your current Employee Value Proposition (EVP), recruitment processes, candidate experience, careers portal, job adverts, job descriptions, review of Seek/Glassdoor/Indeed reviews, and other recruitment materials supplied.
- Once a thorough review has taken place a further meeting, up to 1 hour via Google Meet will be held to provide feedback and recommendations based on reviews of the above-mentioned items.
- A strategy document will be produced and include high-level recommendations on improvements to the business's current recruitment approach and processes, including adverts, EVP, market reputation, candidate experience, LinkedIn presence, marketing strategies, tools, job descriptions & onboarding, etc.

- The initiatives within the strategy will not be implemented by the Resume Assistant. An implementation service can be discussed and customised to your business.
