Introduction
- 1 hour virtual introductory call by teams to understand your business and objectives

Contractual terms
- Review of employee arrangements x 2
- Advice relating to pay, super and entitlements under relevant employment laws
- Preparation of employment contract template + 2 x contracts for existing roles
- Preparation of 2 x job descriptions

Implementation
- 2 hrs coaching provided to facilitate discussions with employees / answer any questions
- Key talking points & guidance for manager to utilise when discussing with employees
- Email communication + FAQ document prepared to accompany contract & discussion with employees
- 1 round of written responses to employee questions that may arise after issuing contracts

Onboarding
- Checklist for new team members supported by a recommended onboarding pack with key documents & email communications from when an employee signs the contract
- Guidelines for performance check-ins and checklist of year-on-year milestone considerations
