Once you have purchased your workchapters template Employment Contract from the workchapters HR Template Shop, let me tailor your document to ensure it is fully customised for your businesses needs/specifications (e.g. a specific employee/role type) and ready to use.
Further tailoring can include, but not limited to, inclusion of all key details specific to the individual/role type, adherence to any applicable Modern Award that may apply to the individual/role type, specific notice periods required for the role/individual, non-cash benefits/discretionary bonuses/incentive payments that will be payable, any applicable workplace surveillance and post employment obligations (restraints of trade).

*Briefing Call | Up to 30 Minutes
We will commence with a briefing phone call (up to 30 minutes) to discuss the edits required for your Employment Contract.
Prior to this call I will email you a list of key, baseline information (salary, business details, location etc) required - You can either email me back or we can discuss on the phone call.
On the call you can also provide me with the wider context of the need for the Employment Contract and I will outline the reference materials/documents/further information required prior to commencing edits/customisation e.g. prior employment contracts/terms, email correspondence outlining a job offer and/or policy documentation.
*Document Review + Drafting Edits/Tailoring Employment Contract | Up to 3 hours
Once you have sent in all relevant documentation, I will commence my review of all the materials provided for the purposes of drafting and tailoring your Employment Contract such as prior employment contracts, email correspondence and policy documentation.
*Email Tailored Employment Contract
Once finalised, I will email you your tailored Employment Contract. This is generally done within 3 business days of receiving the requested materials.
