I am a non-practicing employment lawyer and people professional, with experience across global law firms, corporates, start-up/scale-ups, legal/HR consultancies and legal tech. I have worked across Australia, Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore), with exposure to North America, the UK and mainland Europe in a variety of roles, from Lawyer and sole In-House Counsel, to Talent Manager, People Director and Start-Up Advisor. I have also founded my own e-commerce brand and understand the challenges and pain points many SMEs can face.
With a strong foundation in practicing Australian employment law, general HR advisory, coupled with extensive experience in global and Australian consultancy talent management, I bring a diverse skillset that can be applied to a wide range of people matters that businesses face. I am practical, commercial, solution-orientated and human in my approach, with the majority of my roles to-date being green-fields (new) roles for the business. I am agile and thrive in new, uncertain, ever-changing environments, being able to adapt my strategy depending on the unique businesses needs.
I hold a double degree (Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
