We will commence with a briefing phone call to discuss your specific needs for your first employee/team member including matters such as desired employment contract terms (hours, location, notice periods, benefits, restraints of trade, superannuation), job descriptions and industry coverage. I will also review any key materials such as position descriptions and email correspondence between the business and new employee/team member.

*Email Advice

Following the Briefing Call and review of any key materials, I will email you an outline of the recommended next steps for your first employee/team member including type of employment/agreement, award coverage (if any) and onboarding tips and tricks so you have a clear roadmap of what you need to do and when ahead of their first day with your business.
