I am an experienced Human Resource (HR) Consultant with a strong public sector background as well as experience in small business. I have worked in large, medium and small government organisations with responsibility for a broad range of strategic human resource and people management functions as well as the provision of advice to Executive leaders. Working as a Human Resource Consultant since 2016, I have supported organisations to manage a wide range of complex HR matters and offer a nuanced understanding of workplace issues with experience in navigating challenging workplace discussions regarding conflict, performance, conduct, change and culture.

My experience in HR encompasses a broad range of roles including strategic, leadership and project management roles and my expertise in the management of complex people issues is underpinned by a good understanding of the workplace factors that affect motivation, performance and team dynamics. I am adept at conducting difficult conversations and facilitating discussions between aggrieved parties and I am well regarded for my judgement and an ability to consider issues from multiple perspectives.

I hold a Master of Human Resource Management (Conflict and Dispute Resolution) from Charles Sturt University and am a Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS) and am a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI).
